I had never had 1:1 yoga session before, the space Jenna held for me, the meditation, the tweaks to postures to get the most out of my body and the experience was incredible.
I felt challenged and nurtured in the same breath and I loved it! We followed the session with reiki where I felt fully nourished, re energised and I can only describe it as ‘held’ where Jenna’s incredible intuition invited me to lean into the supportive environment she had created and leave feeling much lighter. This was an experience like no other, I felt fully embodied, seen and cared for and I’m beyond grateful for her and the way she nurtures me.

After a really difficult couple of years, Jenna has been nothing short of a lifeline. Her yoga and reiki has gently and powerfully helped put me back together piece by piece. She has an incredible gift always knowing the right thing to say exactly when you need to hear it. Her knowledge in her field runs deep and it shows in the way she teaches with compassion, wisdom and presence. I’m so grateful for the space she creates and the healing she’s helped me find in myself.
The Reiki sessions for me have been especially transformative, offering a deep sense of calm and emotional release I didn’t even realise I needed. Working with Jenna has felt like therapy in the truest sense grounding, healing, and empowering. I honestly don’t know where I’d be without her!

These sessions provide the most incredible, deep soul nourishing form of rest, reflection and release. The room smells divine and feels instantly calming. Jenna has a magic skill and amazingly calming presence. The session was a unique combination of feeling genuinely heard, gently moved and stretched with tailored yoga and then released and relaxed with reiki. The reiki part includes lying in a heated enveloping bed, absolutely bliss. I would wholeheartedly recommend these sessions to anyone, especially those in need of some nervous system love and reset.
